上顎spindle cell carcinomaの1例

I．はじめに

　Spindle cell carcinomaは上皮系由来の紡錘型細胞からなる悪性腫瘍で，肉腫様所見を呈する扁平上皮癌の亜型である。頭頸部領域では喉頭での報告例が多いが頻度は低く^1,2），上顎洞ではきわめて稀な腫瘍といえる^3）。今回われわれは左上顎洞に発生したspindle cell carcinomaを経験したので報告する。
