Ⅰ．はじめに

　副耳下腺は主耳下腺とは離れて存在する異所性唾液腺組織である。副耳下腺自体の存在は稀なものではないとされているが，そこから発生する腫瘍は比較的稀である^1～4）。今回われわれは，頰部に発生した粘表皮癌の1例を経験し，手術所見から副耳下腺由来が最も疑われたので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
