文献概要

I．はじめに

　血管筋脂肪腫は一種の過誤腫と考えられている。血管，平滑筋と脂肪組織が混在し，通常は被膜をもたない腫瘍であり，腎皮質に生じることが多い^1）。今回われわれは鼻中隔を原発として鼻腔に発生した血管筋脂肪腫の治療を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
