Ⅰ．はじめに

　化膿性肉芽腫は皮膚や粘膜に有茎性に発生する隆起性血管性病変であり，口腔粘膜や顔面皮膚に好発するが，鼻腔に生じた報告は比較的稀である。今回われわれは，妊娠後期に急激に増大して出産後に自然縮小した，鼻中隔より発生した化膿性肉芽腫の1例を経験したので，文献的考察を含め2報告する。
