Ⅰ．はじめに

　新生児聴覚スクリーニングでreferとなり，精密聴力検査機関において精密聴力検査の結果，最終的に難聴の診断が確定した場合，まずは補聴器を装用することになる。補聴器も難聴の病態・聴力・聴覚のダイナミックレンジ・患者の要望・家族の状態により選択はさまざまでありケースバイケースのことが多いが，当施設で行っている方法などを提示する。
