口腔底原発類基底細胞癌の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　類基底細胞癌（basaloid squamous cell carcinoma：以下，BSCCと略す）は，基底細胞様の異型細胞の存在を特徴とする扁平上皮癌の稀な亜型である^1）。今回，われわれは口腔底に原発した口腔底原発BSCCの1例を経験したので，文献的検討を加えその概要を報告する。
