Ⅰ．はじめに

　小唾液腺とは頭頸部管腔臓器の粘膜に存在する粘液分泌腺のことであり，口腔・中咽頭に分布し，口唇腺，頰腺，口蓋腺，舌腺などがある。小唾液腺腫瘍は比較的少ないが，悪性腫瘍が多く^1）注意が必要である。今回，1986～2005年までの20年間に当科で治療を行った小唾液腺腫瘍新鮮例について臨床的に検討したので報告する。
