Ⅰ　はじめに

　当科における中・下咽頭癌の治療方針は，図1に示すとおり，リンパ節転移（N）の程度により分類・決定されている。したがって，今回のテーマである下咽頭癌T2症例においても，そのNの程度により治療方針が異なるわけだが，いずれの症例にも適応されている化学療法同時併用の放射線治療（concurrent chemoradiotherapy：CCRT）についてのクリニカルパス（以下，パスと略す）を作成し，運用を開始しているので，これについて解説する。
