軟口蓋に発生した血管平滑筋腫の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　平滑筋腫は平滑筋細胞に由来する良性腫瘍で，子宮などの女性生殖器，胃や腸などの消化管に発生することが多いといわれている^1）。組織学的に平滑筋腫（solid leiomyoma），血管平滑筋腫（vascular leiomyoma, angioleiomyoma），平滑筋芽腫（epithelioid leiomyoma, leiomyoblastoma）に分類される^1）。口腔に発生する平滑筋腫は稀であり，その約2/3が血管平滑筋腫といわれている^1,2）。今回，軟口蓋に発生した血管平滑筋腫の1例を治療する機会を得たので，経過を報告するとともに，文献的考察を行った。
