Ⅰ．はじめに

　類上皮型血管内皮腫（epithelioid hemangioendothelioma：EH）は良性と悪性の中間に位置づけられる腫瘍であるが，舌に発生することは稀である。われわれが渉猟し得た限りではこれまでにEHと診断された報告は国内外で10例のみであった^1～6）。今回われわれは舌に発生した類上皮型血管内皮腫の1例を経験したので報告する。
