Ⅰ　はじめに

　癌肉腫は，上皮性悪性腫瘍である癌腫と非上皮性悪性腫瘍である肉腫が同一腫瘍内に存在する病態を示す。婦人科領域や食道に比較的好発するとされる^1）が鼻副鼻腔領域での発生は稀である。今回われわれは，鼻副鼻腔領域に発生した癌肉腫症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
