頭頸部MALTリンパ腫の2症例

Ⅰ　はじめに

　Mucosa-associated lymphoid tissue（MALT）リンパ腫は，通常ではリンパ組織の存在しない組織に発生するB細胞性リンパ腫であり，2001年のWHO分類^1）では濾胞辺縁帯B細胞性リンパ腫に分類されている。頭頸部領域は，消化器，肺に次ぐ好発部位とされているものの^2），その詳細についてはいまだ明らかにされていない点が多い。今回われわれは，耳下腺と上咽頭に発生したMALTリンパ腫の2症例を経験したので，本症例の病態を考察するとともに，報告する。
