Ⅰ　はじめに

　甲状腺好酸性細胞腺腫は好酸性顆粒を含む細胞をもつ比較的稀な甲状腺腫瘍である。良性と悪性の鑑別が困難であり，その予後や治療法についても確立されていない。今回，われわれは好酸性細胞腺腫の1症例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
