鼻前庭囊胞との鑑別を要した孤立性線維性腫瘍の1例

Ⅰ　はじめに

　孤立性線維性腫瘍（solitary fibrous tumor：SFT）は稀な間葉組織由来の腫瘍で，1931年に初めて胸膜の原発性紡錘細胞腫瘍として報告された^1）。この腫瘍は通常は胸膜に発生するが，間葉組織由来のために眼窩，肺，腹部，四肢などの種々の胸膜外領域での発生が報告されている^2～4）。また最近では，鼻腔，唾液腺，顔面，口腔などの頭頸部領域での発生も報告されている^4）。今回，鼻前庭囊胞との鑑別を要した鼻口唇領域に発生したSFTの1例を経験した。本症例はこの領域に発生したSFTの初報告例であり，治療経過を報告するとともに，文献的考察を行った。
