Facial dismasking法を用いて摘出し得た側頭窩の転移性腎細胞癌の1例

Ⅰ　はじめに

　腎細胞癌は原発治療後，長期間経過した後でも再発転移することが知られている。今回，原発治療10年以上経過した後に発症した右側頭窩を占拠する転移性腎細胞癌に対し，術野の展開にFacial dismasking法を用いることで顔面に目立った瘢痕，顔面神経麻痺などの機能障害をきたすことなく摘出が可能であった症例を経験したので文献的考察を加えて報告する。
