Ⅰ　はじめに

　近年，頭頸部領域の形成外科的技術の向上により手術適応範囲が拡大してきた。しかし口腔・咽喉頭進行癌においては，手術により構音障害，失声，嚥下障害など重大な機能障害が生じ得ることは周知の通りである。こうした進行癌の場合でも患者のQOL維持の観点から臓器・機能温存を目ざすことが近年重視されてきており，放射線化学療法の意義が見直されてきている^1）。

　今回われわれは放射線同時併用超選択的動注化学療法（IA-CRT）が奏効した中咽頭進行癌3例を経験したので報告する。
