Ⅰ．はじめに

　唾液腺腫瘍における脱分化とは，既存の低悪性癌から二次的に高悪性成分を生じる現象であり，1988年の腺房細胞癌における報告^1）が最初とされる。今回われわれは，上皮筋上皮癌由来の脱分化癌と考えられた症例を経験したので，ここに報告する。
