Ⅰ．はじめに

　グロームス腫瘍の頭頸部における発生率は，良性軟部組織腫瘍中0.012％と非常に稀である^1）。今回われわれは，小児の鼻中隔に発生したグロームス腫瘍の1症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。
