1．サルコイドーシス

Ⅰ　疾患の概説

　全身の多臓器に生じる非乾酪性類上皮細胞肉芽腫性疾患をいう。

1．原因

　不明だが，持続的な抗原や自己抗原の刺激に対する過剰なTh1細胞応答の結果として二次的に肉芽腫が形成されたもの，と考えられている。
