内視鏡下鼻内手術が奏効した再発性前頭洞囊胞の1例

Ⅰ．はじめに

　再発性前頭洞炎や囊胞症など前頭洞炎症性疾患の治療に難渋することがある。鼻外アプローチにより大きく鼻腔にドレナージをつけても前頭洞口の閉塞をきたしやすい。

　難治性の前頭洞病変に対してendoscopic modified lothrop法（EMLP）は内視鏡下鼻内的に前頭洞にアプローチする有用な方法として，Grossら^1）やWormaldら^2）により報告されている。過去に二度の鼻外前頭洞手術と内視鏡下鼻内副鼻腔手術（ESS）の既往のある再発性前頭洞囊胞例に対してEMLPを施行し，良好な術後経過が得られたので報告する。
