Ⅰ．はじめに

　多形腺腫は大唾液腺，特に耳下腺や顎下腺に最も多く発生する良性腫瘍であるが，鼻腔の小唾液腺原発は全頭頸部の4％と稀である^1）。今回われわれは，鼻中隔原発の多形腺腫の一症例を経験したので，文献的考察を加えてここに報告する。
