POINT

●現在もアレルギー性鼻炎患者は増加している。

●発症は低年齢化している。

●主たる吸入抗原に対して未感作の人は,成人の約30%しかいない。

●GWASによる遺伝子解析が進んでいるが,得られた遺伝子の機能はわかっていない。

●早期介入によりアレルギー性鼻炎発症の予防の可能性はある。
