●気管孔の形状に応じたデバイスを選択する必要がある。

●交換のタイミングは飲水時の弁からの漏れの有無である。

●術後早期合併症と経過観察中の合併症の対処法を解説した。

●音声獲得率は96.8％と良好な結果であった。
