はじめに

　軟骨様汗管腫（chondroid syringoma）は，汗腺から生じる皮膚の稀な腫瘍であり，軟骨様汗管腫の発生率は，皮膚病変の0.1％未満と報告されている^1）。軟骨様汗管腫は成人，殊に中年の男性にみられ，ゆっくり成長し，無痛性で，皮下組織内もしくは皮膚組織内の小結節としてみられることが特徴とされている^2）。その80～90％が汗腺の多い頭頸部領域に発生するとされており，特に鼻や口の回りに発生することが多い。

　今回われわれは，耳輪に発生した軟骨様汗管腫の稀な症例を経験し，過去に報告されている9例と合わせて考察した。
