POINT

●分子標的治療薬は腫瘍細胞の増殖・生存などに重要な分子シグナルや，腫瘍特異的な蛋白分子を作用標的として開発された薬剤である。

●分子標的治療薬は小分子化合物と抗体薬に大別される。

●各薬剤に特徴的な副作用がみられ，古典的な殺細胞性抗癌薬とは有害事象のスペクトラムが異なっている。

●有効な分子マーカーを用いて適応を選択すれば良好な効果が期待できる。
