POINT

●慢性骨髄性白血病（CML），悪性リンパ腫は外来通院にて治療されるケースが多い。

●CMLの治療薬であるチロシンキナーゼ阻害薬（TKI）には骨髄抑制による感染リスク増大や胸水貯留などの有害事象が報告されている。

●B細胞性悪性リンパ腫で使用されることが多いリツキシマブは特に初回投与時にinfusion reactionの出現頻度が高い。

●血液分野では今後新たな分子標的薬が次々と臨床に導入されると見込まれており，有害事象について診療科横断的に共有する必要がある。
