POINT

近年，急性感音難聴に対するステロイドの局所治療（鼓室内注入）は注目されつつあるが，まだ発展途上の治療であることも事実である。本稿で本治療法の現状について以下の事項について述べる。

●ステロイドの局所投与の利点

●ステロイド全身投与と局所投与の内耳移行の比較

●原因の明らかな急性感音難聴に対する局所投与

●原因不明の急性感音難聴に対する局所投与
