抗インフルエンザウイルス薬の特徴と使い分け

POINT

●2009年の新型インフルエンザでは，日本が最も効果的なインフルエンザ診療を行った。

●インフルエンザ診療のキーポイントは抗インフルエンザ薬の早期投与である。

●抗インフルエンザ薬の有効性を否定するコクラン・レビューの見解には反論が多い。

●現在使われている抗インフルエンザ薬はいずれもノイラミニダーゼ阻害薬である。

●ファビピラビルは，新型インフルエンザの出現時などに国が使用を許可する。

●ときどき出現するオセルタミビル耐性ウイルスは，耐性の程度が低く，問題は小さい。
