POINT

●半規管遮断術は難治性BPPVに対し有効な治療法である。

●後半規管型BPPVだけでなく，外側半規管型，前半規管型に対しても有効である。

●半規管結石のみならずクプラ結石に対しても有効である。

●めまいの制御率はほぼ100％である。

●術後の感音難聴の発生はきわめて稀である。
