POINT

●Negative pressure wound therapy（NPWT）は創傷治癒を促進し，頭頸部領域のさまざまな創傷に対して有用である。

●NPWTは平成22（2010）年4月より保険収載され健康保険の適応となった。

●添付文書によると頸部の瘻孔では禁忌・禁止項目となっているが，有用との報告も多い。

●頭頸部領域のさまざまな開放創に対してNPWTは有用であるが，効果が乏しい場合は，ほかに創傷治癒を遅延する何らかの原因が存在することを考慮する。
