滲出性中耳炎と真珠腫性中耳炎

POINT

●滲出性中耳炎は成長とともに治癒に向かうことが多いが，ある一定の割合で後遺症が出現する。

●真珠腫性中耳炎は滲出性中耳炎の既往をもつ症例が比較的多く，乳突蜂巣の発育も種々の程度に抑制されており，滲出性中耳炎を適切に治療することが真珠腫発症の発症率の低下につながる可能性がある。

●貯留液が遷延する要因を推察しながら診療を行い，かつエビデンスを構築していくことが重要であると考える。
