アブミ骨固着症例の検討

はじめに

　アブミ骨固着を呈する疾患としては，底板が固着する耳硬化症をはじめ，中耳奇形や鼓室硬化症，アブミ骨上部構造の固着例も挙げられる。これらの疾患はアブミ骨手術による中耳伝音再建を行うことで聴力を改善することが可能である。当科では過去12年間に57例71耳のアブミ骨固着症例を経験した。今回われわれはこれらの症例について術後成績を中心に検討したので報告する。
