甲状軟骨形成術Ⅱ型とⅣ型

POINT

●喉頭枠組み手術は声帯に直接手術侵襲を与えるのではなく，枠組み軟骨の変形や位置を変えることにより，間接的に声帯の緊張や長さ，位置を変える音声外科手術である。

●甲状軟骨形成術Ⅱ型は甲状軟骨を正中に切開し，両側甲状披裂筋の付着部を外側へ広げる手術術式である。

●甲状軟骨形成術Ⅱ型は局所麻酔下に手術が可能であり，手術中に内転型痙攣性発声障害患者の声を聞きながら，声の詰まりの改善を確かめることができ，効果が永続的な点に特徴がある。

●甲状軟骨形成術Ⅳ型は，声帯への直接侵襲がない点と局所麻酔下の手術でピッチの確認が得られる点などの利点がある。
