下鼻甲介に発生した骨血管腫の1例

はじめに

　骨に発生する血管腫である骨血管腫は骨腫瘍の0.7％を占め，その約3分の2は脊椎骨や頭蓋骨から発生する^1,2）。頭蓋骨のなかでは下顎骨が最も多く，鼻骨，頰骨，上顎骨などの報告^3～5）も散見されるが，鼻甲介骨から発生することは稀である^6）。今回，われわれは下鼻甲介に発生し，鼻涙管狭窄をきたした骨血管腫の1例を経験したので若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。
