POINT

●前頭陥凹の解剖の理解と手術プランニングが重要である。

●Agger nasi cellが前頭洞開放のキーである。

●前頭洞排泄路はagger nasi cellと篩骨胞の間を通る。

●画像所見と術中所見を一致させながら，前頭洞排泄路に沿って，前頭洞を開放する。

●骨削開が必要な場合はできるだけ大きく削開する。
