POINT

●鼻涙管狭窄に対する治療は，狭窄部の拡張あるいは新たな涙道の作製〔涙囊鼻腔吻合術（dacryocystorhinostomy：DCR）〕である。

●鼻内視鏡を用いたDCR鼻内法は従来の鼻外法と比して同等の術後成績である。

●DCR鼻内法は外切開を行わないという美容上の面から広く行われるようになった。

●涙道閉塞部位を診断し，涙小管に対する操作が必要かどうか，手術適応を術前に評価する。

●DCRバー，サージトロンなどの手術支援機器を用いて十分に涙囊を開窓することが重要である。
