POINT

●わが国では，GWDF法，CBR法の2つの方法によるキットが入手可能である。

●経喉頭的に気管内挿管されている成人患者が対象である。

●緊急気道確保は適応外（禁忌）である。

●気管支鏡により声門下から気管の内腔を明視下に施術する。
