POINT

●再建症例は，二期的にシャント形成を行うことを原則としている。

●初回挿入時に使用するプロヴォックスVegaパンクチャーセットは，ダイレーターでの装着が可能となり，シャント孔を大きく開けすぎることがなく脇漏れのトラブルを防止することが可能となった。

●プロヴォックスVegaスマートインサーターでの交換により，プロヴォックスをキット内にセットする必要がなく，短時間で安全に交換が可能となった。

●発声困難症例に対し，適切に対処をすることで音声獲得率を向上させている。
