心因性の咳

POINT

●咳嗽の性状や出現のタイミングなどの臨床的特徴のみでは，心因性咳嗽の診断は困難である。

●心因性咳嗽の診断には，慢性咳嗽をきたしうる器質的・機能的疾患の除外が重要である。

●トゥレット症候群を含むチック障害との鑑別も必要である。

●鎮咳薬など通常の身体治療が無効であり，心理療法や向精神薬などの薬物療法が奏効することがある。

●治療が困難な症例は，心療内科など専門医への紹介が望ましい。
