POINT

●片側性鼻出血の原因として留意すべき疾患である。

●MRIでは高信号域と低信号域が混在し，特に辺縁部での殻状低信号域が特徴的である。

●造影CTでは部分的で不均一な造影効果がみられ，真菌球症でみられる単純CT像のような所見となる。

●ほとんどは上顎洞に発生するが，蝶形骨洞や前頭洞あるいは鼻腔にも生じる。

●抗凝固薬・抗血小板薬の服用などの出血傾向が血瘤腫形成に関与する可能性が示唆されている。

●根治的には外科的切除が選択され，近年では経鼻腔的なアプローチでの成功例が増加している。
