症例呈示

症例1：common cavity

　新生児聴覚スクリーニングreferにて発見された先天性難聴の男児。ABRなどの精査にて両側重度難聴であり，側頭骨CTで内耳奇形（両側common cavity：CC）と診断された（図1）。生後4か月より補聴器装用を開始したが，補聴器装用効果は不良であった。1歳10か月で右人工内耳埋込手術，4歳8か月で左人工内耳埋込手術を行った。
