症例1

　76歳，男性。左の頬部痛あり，術後性上顎囊胞の診断で当院へ紹介となった。20歳ごろに両側のCaldwell-Luc（C-L）手術を受けている。内視鏡による鼻内の観察では左の下鼻道側壁の膨隆を認め，鼻副鼻腔の単純CT写真では左の上顎に径約3cmの囊胞と思われる陰影を認めた（図1a，b）。囊胞を内視鏡下に下鼻道に開窓した。術後1年で開窓部は維持されている（図2）。
