抗真菌薬の使い方

POINT

●深在性真菌症の治療には抗真菌薬が投与されるが，その種類はきわめて限られている。

●現在，わが国で臨床的に使用可能な抗真菌薬は，4系統8薬剤であり，原因真菌に応じた使い分けが重要である。

●カンジダ症では原因となったカンジダ属の菌種に応じた抗真菌薬の選択を行う。

●アスペルギルス症は抗真菌薬の投与でも無効な症例も多く，早期診断，早期治療が重要である。

●真菌における抗真菌薬の耐性菌は現時点ではそれほど問題ではないが，今後も適正な抗真菌薬の使用が必要である。
