POINT

●甲状腺乳頭癌リンパ節転移に対する治療的頸部郭清術（気管周囲および内深頸リンパ節）は生命予後を向上させるという明らかな根拠はないが，再発リスクを減少させることから，推奨される。

●甲状腺乳頭癌における気管周囲リンパ節の予防的頸部郭清術は，術後合併症に留意して行うことが望ましい。内深頸リンパ節の予防的郭清は推奨されない。

●耳下腺がんおよび顎下腺がんに対する治療的頸部郭清術では，レベルⅠ〜Ⅴの全頸部郭清が必要である。

●耳下腺がんに対する予防的郭清はT3およびT4，臨床的に高悪性度と考えられるものに対して，レベルⅠ，Ⅱ，Ⅴを含む頸部郭清が推奨される。

●顎下腺がんに対する予防的郭清はT3およびT4，臨床的に高悪性度と考えられるものに対して，肩甲舌骨筋上郭清が推奨される。
