抗菌点耳薬

POINT

●抗菌点耳薬は局所感染巣に高濃度の抗菌薬を投与することができる。

●外耳道炎と鼓膜炎，慢性穿孔性中耳炎急性増悪時がよい適応となる。

●穿孔のない急性中耳炎は病巣に薬剤が届かず適応とならない。

●耐性化は起こしにくいが，漫然と長期投与することは避けなければならない。
