POINT

●ベーチェット病では，種々の臓器に急性の炎症性病変をきたす。

●主症状は，口腔粘膜の再発性アフタ性潰瘍，皮膚症状，眼症状，外陰部潰瘍である。

●ベーチェット病では遺伝的背景としてHLA-B51の陽性率が高い。

●病因として，自己免疫異常や好中球機能過剰をはじめとした自然免疫系の異常が考えられている。

●眼病変が多彩であり，視力障害をきたすことに留意が必要である。

●眼病変，腸管，血管，中枢神経病変など重症例については，ステロイド薬や免疫抑制薬の全身投与が行われている。

●抗ヒトTNF-α抗体製剤，インフリキシマブ（レミケード^®）の普及により，治療成績が著明に向上している。
