POINT

●主治医らと日々コミュニケーションを図り，患者の病態や治療方針などを確認する。

●術前より患者のキャラクターや理解力，嚥下機能などの評価を行う必要がある。

●術前より嚥下リハビリテーションを行うと効果が得られやすい。

●放射線治療を行う患者にも治療前より嚥下リハビリテーションを行う。

●頭頸部外科医や看護師，歯科口腔外科医や歯科衛生士などの多職種と連携を図る。
