1．主な薬剤の種類と使い方
文献概要
はじめに
頭頸部がん（その組織型の約90％は扁平上皮癌）の根治治療は手術または放射線治療（radiotherapy：RT）であり，化学療法は補助療法の位置づけではあるが，集学的治療の一環として積極的に使用されている1）。化学療法は進行例に対して，①放射線治療との併用で治癒・再発予防・臓器温存を目的として，②化学療法単独で喉頭温存を目的とした導入化学療法として，③再発・遠隔転移例に対する延命・症状緩和などを目的として行われる。化学療法単独での補助化学療法としての実施は，上咽頭がんの場合でのみエビデンスが示されている。
本邦で頭頸部がんに対し保険承認されている抗悪性腫瘍薬には，白金製剤のシスプラチン（CDDP），カルボプラチン（CBDCA），ネダプラチン（CDGP），タキサン系製剤のドセタキセル（DTX），パクリタキセル（PTX），フッ化ピリミジン系製剤のフルオロウラシル（5-FU），テガフール・ギメラシル・オテラシルカリウム配合剤（S-1），テガフール・ウラシル配合剤（UFT），テガフール（TGF），抗EGFR（epidermal growth factor receptor）抗体のセツキシマブ（Cmab）などが挙げられ，単剤もしくは多剤併用で投与される。
