処方のPoint

・抗ヒスタミン薬を処方する場合は，通常，症状出現時に頓用で使用させる。

・抗ロイコトリエン薬のエビデンスはない。

・花粉抗原に対するアレルゲン免疫療法の効果は症例ごとに異なる。
