舌痛症

処方のPoint

・適応外使用ではあるが，二重盲検テストで舌痛症に対する効果が報告されているリボトリール^® 0.5mgを投与する。副作用として，脱力感や眠気に注意する。

・問診票などで不安障害や抑うつの合併を疑う場合は，舌痛症の80％に有効との報告があるSSRIとしてパキシル^® 20mgを投与する。投与初期の副作用として腹部膨満感が出現する可能性を説明する。

・局所の知覚異常に対して効果は一時的ではあるが，キシロカイン^®ゼリーを処方する。
